The Polyworks software platform includes software patches/upgrades and technical support. One license is a Dongle license. The second Dongle license is being upgraded to a Network Floating license. The period of performance (POP) will be one year from the day the contract is awarded. This contract is for a base year and 3 option years. CLIN 0001 - Qty 2 Support/maintenance contract for the PolyWorks|InspectorTM Premium + ModelerTM Standard Package, currently installed on dongle ID's 0AEF1C8C and 2DD72DD0. CLIN 0002 - Qty 2 Package upgrade from an existing PolyWorks|InspectorTM Premium + ModelerTM Standard node-locked license to a floating license. Base Period: 1 September 2017 to 31 August 2018 Option Period 1: 1 September 2018 to 31 August 2019 Option Period 2: 1 September 2019 to 31 August 2020 Option Period 3: 1 August 2020 to 31 August 2021 The brand-name of Polyworks is required. No substitutions shall be considered. No partial orders shall be accepted. Quotes shall be evaluated on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
