The award will be made to the most responsible and responsive vendor offering the lowest cost that meets all specified requirements, with the contract to be executed within 30 days of receiving the purchase order. All submissions should be directed to the Hudson Valley DDSO’s business office via email, with the preference for electronic delivery, and must include the vendor’s registration number, cost breakdown, and project number.
