Mt. Vision 2 residence has deteriorated to the point that it is uninhabitable due to safety issues and deferred maintenance. Failing wood post pilings supporting the structure will be rehabilitated. The project will also repair/replace the failing roof system, deck, walkways, stairs, siding, select windows, water supply, and fire suppression components per applicable codes for habitability, life safety, and fire safety. Interior cosmetic updates will also be performed as needed.
