This is a sources-sought announcement for a domestic manufacturer of Black Poromeric Material. All interested parties must be able to produce this material in full compliance with the Berry Amendment, with all manufacturing processes occurring within the United States.

The anticipated yearly volume is estimated to be material for 193,428 pairs of shoes.

Parties with the capability and interest to meet these requirements should express their interest by reaching out to the POC specified in the "Contact Information" section.

This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the purpose of market research only, and the Government is in no way obligated to purchase any material as a result of this inquiry.
