The Federal Maritime intends to sole source to S&P Global for subscription services for Port Performance. S&P Global Limited, 25 Ropemaker Street, Ropemaker Place, 4th Floor, London, EC2Y 9LY, United Kingdom (S&P) Anticipated Period of Performance is September 29, 2024 - September 28, 2029 (Base Year and four one-year option periods) This purchase will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations Subpart 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, specifically 13.501(a)
