This is a notice issued to obtain commercial source qualified and interested in providing a commercial item proposal prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.602 for Portflex Multi-Nozzle (16E) Portable Decon Showers and shipping for Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota The desired equipment will be Portflex Multi-Nozzle (16E) Portable Decon Showers or equal to. The performance period is to be determined. All responsible sources may respond by e-mail to express interest. 1. Shower must be able to be set-up and operated by one person. 2. Showers must have a minimum of 2x3 foot metal base sturdy enough to allow shower to self-stand(not tip over) with minimum 7 foot 6 inches metal support arm. Support arm should allow hanging of a minimum of four 1 inch diameter nylon hoses with multiple spray nozzles attached for decon purposes. 3. Shower base should support weight of firefighter being decontaminated and should be designed to allow firefighter to stand on tbase and self decon.
