Portable Narcotics Analyzer Handheld

The City of Cape Coral Police Department is soliciting quotes for the procurement of two portable handheld narcotics analyzers designed to safely identify suspected controlled substances, including fentanyl variants and other precursors, in the field. The required devices must be capable of non-invasive screening through packaging, feature a library of 1,200 substances, and include barcode scanning and timestamped record generation. The successful vendor must provide the hardware, 100 test kits, on-site training for operational personnel, and all necessary tuning, support, and warranty services.
