AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2 August 2023 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Emergencies Science and Technology Section (ESTS) of Environment and Climate Change Canada requires one Raman hand-held portable detection system for identification of hazardous and toxic materials in water and granular samples. Delivery to Ottawa, ON must be on or before March 28, 2024. Bidders must meet the mandatory requirements detailed in the Request for Proposal.
