The purpose of this procurement is to procure the rental of two (2) port-a-johns and two (2) restroom trailers to include pump-out and janitorial services. The port-a-johns (2) will be requested on an as “needed basis”. The portable restroom trailers will be needed on a continuous basis. The contractor shall provide the following to include all labor (delivery, pick-up, setup, removal, etc).
Minimum Requirements: Area 1 (Season: October-May) Quantity Description 1 10 Stall Restroom Trailer
•Shall be in great condition, clean, neat in appearance, no visible signs of rust, with all equipment and safety features in proper working order. •Shall have steps •Shall have A/C, heat, lights, sinks, soap, and toilet paper •Shall come with water tank(s) which holds 600 gallons •Shall have five (5) Women Stalls •Shall have two (2) Male Stalls •Shall have three (3) Urinals •Shall have a waste tank •Shall have the capability to connect to power source on site •Shall have the capability to connect to water source on site •During the season (October-May) o Shall include pump out services every other day o Shall include three (3) janitorial services each week to include cleaning (floor, sinks, etc), replacing toilet paper, and refilling soap (Additional janitorial service shall be provided when requested by USSS); Occur three (3) days a week; No chemicals when cleaning • Water refills, when requested
