Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified vendor for the Continuing Supply of Portable Toilet and Handwashing Station Rentals in support of operations at Leon County Parks and Recreation facilities, as well as other Leon County facilities as needed. Some parks may require portable toilet units to be placed on-site on a full-time basis with service schedules that may include weekly or bi-weekly service/maintenance. Additional units may also be required on a daily basis for special events or emergency situations. It is the County's intent to award an agreement to one (1) successful bidder. Leon County reserves the right to negotiate with the successful vendor for any related items, products, or associated work or services not specifically identified in the bid solicitation specifications. At times, rented units may be placed in remote, unattended, or unsecured locations. Therefore, Leon County assumes no liability or responsibility for any loss, damage, theft, or vandalism of portable units provided under this contract.
