Portable Toilet Trailer

MSU Athletics requires the rental of a luxury portable restroom trailer in the north endzone, Touchdown Terrace area. We require a vendor to completely manage, maintain, and transport the unit. Specific location and placement will be determined by MSU athletics and facilities staff, please provide unit measurements. 1. 8 stall luxury restroom trailer a. 4 toilets for women’s side b. 4 toilet/urinal combination for men’s side 2. Delivery to Bobcat Stadium a. Labor, materials, overhead and equipment included 3. Servicing a. Labor, materials, overhead, and equipment to perform a complete service between home games b. Pump out c. Detailed clean d. Refill water reservoir e. Stock all paper products and soap 4. There is not a constant source of water, unit must operate on a refillable water reservoir. 5. Winterizing a. Labor, materials, overhead, and equipment to skirt the entire unit when weather gets cold b. Any other winterizing your specific unit required to continue to function in winter conditions 6. Removal from Bobcat Stadium a. Labor, materials, overhead, and equipment to clean and pick up after the regular season and playoff games. Preferred Unit to remain on-site from the first home game through the last possible playoff game.
