Questions and Answers Q1. "Building 520 has no elevator system. The video units need to be hand-carried up to the 2nd Floor IMO Office via stair case." There are multiple parts ordered and it will be a heavy load shipment. It may not be possible to deliver the units by hand to the second floor. Would you consider the possibility of the lift gate delivery? A1. It was a typo, "video units" should "UPS units." Also in regards about the unable to hand-carry the UPS & battery units up to 2nd floor. The contractor can have the equipment delivered and placed under the 1st floor main entrance green canopy (assuming equipment are in a skid/pallet and wrapped). Give us at least a week notice of the delivery date and time. Q2. Can you please, verify what is meant in the comment by video units? A2. It was a typo, "video units" should "UPS units" Q3. Could you pls advise if the equipment associated with the attached specs and solicitation should be in a rack mounted format or stand alone/tower format. Items 0001 and 0002 are available in both formats and I would like to make sure the correct format is provided for this reco A3. I would like to have the Stand-alone/Tower format for both UPS and Battery Packs. Q4. I have been advised by APC that their product part number BE750G has been discontinued. "Discontinued item. Please look at the be850m2 or be650g1." The BE850M2 item will exceed your RFQ spec; the BE650G1 item will not exceed your RFQ spec. A4. Please submit a quote that will meet the minimum salient characteristics.
