This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a single source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The 6th Contracting Squadron (6 CONS) intends to solicit and award a single source contract to TSI, inc. for PortaCounts. The proposed contract action is for a firm fixed price service contract to fulfill this requirement. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of responses to this notice. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The anticipated period of performance is 60 days ARO.
