Solicitation # 36C10F25R0048
The Department of Veterans Affairs, through the Office of Construction and Facilities Management, is soliciting proposals for the lease of a Healthcare Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Conroe, Texas. The project requires approximately 229,566 ANSI/BOMA (258,262 RSF) of space designed according to the Prototype for Standardized Design and Construction of Community Based Outpatient Clinics. Offerors must provide comprehensive technical and price proposals, including evidence of site control, a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment completed within 180 days of the offer, and documentation for Two Green Globes level certification.
