The Contractor shall be in close and frequent contact with the NHTSA Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) and other relevant NHTSA and USDOT Volpe Center staff discuss such issues as work accomplished to date and progress on specific contract requirements or on specific points of analysis.
