Potential Support Services Requirements for PEO C4I - PMW 120

PMW 120 provides net-ready intelligence, meteorological, oceanographic, and information operations products and services that enhance battlespace awareness and the Global War on Terror. PMW 120s products allow forces to sense and exploit change in the environment, exploit and control enemy use of the radio frequency spectrum, process and analyze data, and provide timely, accurate, and relevant information to the warfighter and intelligence community. PMW 120 teams with others to develop, acquire, field, sustain and integrate capabilities using best business practices. Future Support Services Opportunities within PMW 120: SeaPort-e Task Order: CPFF (Potential Small business set aside) Target RFP release date: Summer 2008 Target award date: Fall 2008 Description: Requirement for administrative support services for PMW 120, Battlespace Awareness and Information Operations. The RFP will include requirements for the following types of support (not limited to); Executive Administrator (EA) for the PMW 120 PM & DPM as well as general administrative support for the entire PMW 120 organization. SeaPort-e Task Order: CPFF/CPIF Target RFP release date: Spring 2009 Target award date: Summer 2009 Description: Requirement for Professional Support Services (PSS) in support of PMW 120. The RFP will include requirements for the following types of support (not limited to); program management, acquisition, logistics, configuration management, strategic planning, and general organizational operations. SeaPort-e Task Order: CPFF (Potential Small business set aside) Target RFP release date: Fall 2009 Target award date: Winter 2009 Description: Requirement for financial and cost estimating services in support of PMW 120. The RFP will include requirements for the following types of support (not limited to); Developing methods, processes, and tools striving for cost, schedule, and performance efficiencies throughout each of the PMW 120 programs. Support in planning, preparing briefing, and/or maintaining; PR and POM reports, execution data analysis, spend plans, Activity Task Planning Sheets (TPS), tri-annual review etc. Knowledge of tools such as; PD2, FMIS 2K, N-ERP, iRAPS, STARS, SAP/FIMS +, PBIS, POM Tool. Cost estimating techniques and processes to prepare and maintain consistent and viable cost models to articulate and defend financial requirements throughout the planning, programming, and budgeting cycles. Type: IDIQ single award with CPFF/CPIF limited competition contract Target RFP release date: Spring 2009 Target award date: Summer 2009 Description: Requirement for Systems Engineering Technical Assistance Services (SETA) in support of PMW 120. The RFP will include requirements for the following types of support (not limited to); Systems engineering, architecture/design/Science & Technology (S&T) oversight, installations, Information Assurance (IA), Test & Evaluation (T&E), transition support & documentation development, modeling and simulation/studies, design roadmaps etc.
