Sole Source purchase order for CY2026 POWER PRO 360 TRANSFORMER MANAGEMENT TRAINING. Training must be completed by October 20, 2026. The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR Part 12. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements must be received by the date given under ‘Responses Due’ in the notice and shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Only responses received through FedConnect will be reviewed. No email or verbal responses will be considered. Questions concerning this notice must be directed to Amber Myers, Contract Specialist at amyers@wapa.gov.
