The items are procured in accordance with the manufacturer(s) CAGE code(s) and Part Number(s) under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1). Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. At this time, the Agency has no data, or inadequate data, available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products.
