THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for a contractor to provide Powerware UPS Equipment, Service Installation and Supplies to the Chinle Laboratory Department at Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF), Navajo Area Indian Health Services. SUBMITTAL To be considered for award, please complete, sign and submit the following documents: -Pricing Schedule (attached and must be signed) -Provide (2) references to provide evidence of past performance on contracts of comparable scope and complexity within the past three (3) years. Interested contractors shall at no additional expense to the Government, attend a site visit at the Facility Maintenance Department at Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, Chinle, AZ. Site visit shall be coordinated with Contracting Officer and Supervisory Point of Contact one day in advance. Wage Determination: Service Contract Act Applies to this requirement. EVALUATION FACTORS The Government reserves the right to issue a single award or multiple awards to the schedule contractor(s) whose quote represents the best value as defined by FAR 2.101. In determining best value, the following evaluation factors will be considered: Past Performance and Price Reasonableness. The socio-economic status of an offeror may also be considered, should one or more quotes represent the best value.
