Invoicing must occur electronically through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP), and contract administration will be handled by a designated Contracting Officer’s Representative. Performance will be monitored under a formal evaluation plan, and organizational conflicts of interest must be identified and mitigated. No contract value is specified due to unpopulated pricing fields, and while the solicitation references numerous FAR clauses, including those on labor standards, equal opportunity, cybersecurity, and security requirements, not all are confirmed as active; those explicitly marked as applicable include organizational conflict of interest, performance evaluation, and the authority of the COR.
