Le présent appel d’offres consiste à retenir les services professionnels d’un Prestataire de services afin d’effectuer la confection des plans et devis, la préparation et la transmission de la demande d’autorisation au MELCCFP, la préparation et la gestion des demandes de mandats complémentaires, la préparation des documents d’appel d’offres pour construction, les services durant l’appel d’offres ainsi que la surveillance des travaux, la mise en route et la préparation des manuels d’exploitation et d’entretien. Seules sont admises à soumissionner les personnes, les sociétés, les compagnies et les corporations qui ont un établissement d’entreprise au Québec ou dans une province ou un territoire visé par un accord de libéralisation des marchés applicable aux municipalités soit l’Accord sur le libre-échange canadien (ALEC), l’Accord de commerce et de coopération entre le Québec et l’Ontario (ACCQO) et l’Accord économique et commercial global (AECG). Les documents de soumission sont disponibles dès le 25 mars par le biais du Système électronique d’appel d’offres (SEAO) sur le site Internet www.seao.ca en payant les coûts prévus à ces fins.
