AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by March 15, 2024 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Vials and caps with septa The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) requires 10,000 vials, caps and septa that are capable of retaining a microaerophilic gas mixture. This is required to maintain the viability and growth of Campylobacter fetus sp. after specimen collection, and during transportation to the laboratory. This is part of the mandate for the Animal Health Microbiology Laboratory and is part of Import and Export regulations. The requirement includes the option to purchase additional units (up to 10,000) for 2 additional periods of 1 year each. IMPORTANT INFORMATION : The bidder must deliver 80 pre-award samples which will be subjected to a trial. Pre-Award samples must be sent on or before the date, time and place of Request for Proposal closing. If they are delivered after the stipulated solicitation closing date and time, they will be considered, provided the bidder can prove that it was sent on or before the solicitation closing date. The samples submitted by the Bid will remain the property of Canada.
