The U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt invites you to submit an offer for a firm fixed price for: 


2 x Special Utility Vehicles 


A detailed description of the requested vehicle can be found in the next page.


The vehicle must meet all relevant German and EU specifications. 


The vehicle must be delivered to the U.S. General Consulate in Frankfurt, Germany no later than 120 days after receipt of the order. 


The price quoted in the bid must include delivery and VAT as follows: 


DDP – Delivered Duty Paid: The seller is responsible for the entire shipment, including customs clearance and fees [if delivered outside of Germany] and delivering the goods to the buyer’s premises in Frankfurt. 


Offers within Germany must contain a VAT of 19%. Offers from outside of Germany but within the EU must contain the VAT at the country’s fixed percentage. 



The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to a responsible company submitting an acceptable offer with the best overall value. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
