AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on September 28thby 2:00pm EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00pm EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
Environment and Climate Change Canada has a requirement for the supply of one (1) Automated Distiller System to support the upcoming regulations of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) concentration limits for certain products. In the regulations, the content of low, medium and high vapour pressure VOCs need to be established for several categories of products. All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31st 202
The requirement also includes on-site installation and training, one (1) preventative maintenance visit and a twelve (12) month warranty and maintenance and support services.
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
