AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by November 9 at 2pm EST. All bids submitted after 2pm EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Environment and Climate Change Canada has a requirement for a portable, high-resolution and full-spectrum field spectroradiometer to further develop vegetation mapping and monitoring capabilities. The spectroradiometer must meet all of the specifications detailed herein. The Contractor must provide all of the following: One spectroradiometer including all hardware, software, and all accessories detailed herein; Documentation; Virtual Training; and One year warranty including Maintenance and Support Services
