Full Description

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by January 26 2023 at 2pm EST. All bids submitted after 2pm EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Health Canada has a requirement for the supply of a Wascator FOM71 CLS front loading washing machine (hereby referred to as “the washing machine”). The washing machine must conform to “International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 6330:2021 - Textiles - Domestic washing and drying procedures for textile testing” standard for Type A1 horizontal axis, front-loading type washing machines. The washing machine will be used in the Product Safety Laboratory to launder plastic bags to determine compliance to the Single-use Plastics Prohibition Regulations. The Contractor must provide all of the following: One front-loading washing machine including all hardware, accessories, power supplies, pre-programmed memory cards containing the washing procedures and a calibration certificate; Documentation; and One Year Warranty including Maintenance and Support Services
