This project utilizes a Multiple Prime Contract Construction Manager Advisor delivery method and is divided into three distinct bid packages: General Works, Mechanical and Plumbing, and Electrical. The scope of work encompasses demolition, renovation, finishes, and associated structural, fire protection, and low-voltage work. Due to the occupied nature of the hospital environment, contractors must adhere to strict infection control guidelines, including the use of negative air pressure systems and temporary partitions, and must demonstrate healthcare construction experience and Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) expertise within the last five years.
