The Jackson County Port Authority is soliciting sealed bids for the rehabilitation of two at-grade railroad crossings, each approximately 90 linear feet long, located north of the B warehouses at the Port of Pascagoula in Mississippi. The scope of work includes providing all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to replace the subgrade, sub ballast, asphalt, and other associated improvements, including metals, rails, and railroad steel. A pre-bid conference was scheduled for August 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Sealed bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, to the Jackson County Port Authority in Pascagoula, Mississippi. Submissions must be in a sealed envelope with specific labeling and include a bid bond equal to five percent of the total bid. For any bid exceeding 50,000 dollars, the contractor must include their current certificate of responsibility number on the outside of the envelope.
