Pre-Qualification of Open Cut General Contractors for the Elgin Mills Ductile Iron Watermain Rehabilitation Segment 1 - Bathurst Street

The Region of York is seeking prequalification of general contractors for the construction of a 600mm watermain as part of the Elgin Mills Ductile Iron Watermain Rehabilitation Project, Segment 1, along Bathurst Street. Proposals are due by 1:00:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on May 27, 2026, and any responses received after this deadline will be disqualified.
