Responses must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The proposed scope work is for the construction of the Region’s 600mm watermain for Segment 1. A combination of open cut and Jack and Bore construction is proposed for the installation of the new Concrete Pressure Pipe (CPP) watermain.For complete bid details, refer to the RFPQ documents.MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (OHSMS) CERTIFICATION PROGRAM: Any responses received from respondents who do not meet the OHSMS certification requirements, as stated in RFPQ Particulars (Appendix A), shall be rejected from further consideration.
