Proposals will be received by Inland Empire Utilities Agency (hereinafter referred to as “IEUA”), via PlanetBids to pre-select one EQUIPMENT SUPPLIER for Chain-and-Flight System Equipment for IEUA.The pre-selected EQUIPMENT SUPPLIER shall coordinate with the ENGINEER during design of the project as specified in this Request for Proposals (RFP) prior to the finalization of the bid documents for the project.
