NOTICE: This is not a solicitation but rather a Pre-Solicitation in support of the CAD/PAD program office. The estimated award date is approximately Mar 2027. The requirement is NOT set-aside for small businesses. This will be competitive between Rockwell Collines, Inc.; CAGE Code 13499 and Chemring Energetic Devices, Inc.; CAGE Code: 93455. The proposed solicitation is anticipated to be made available through the Government wide Point of Entry (GPE) <https://www.sam.gov>, on approximately October 08, 2026.
