The Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AOUSC) plans to issue a solicitation for the Judiciary Multiple Award Services IV (JMAS IV) in February 2014, specifically not before February 11. This solicitation will be made available on the FedBizOpps platform, where interested contractors are advised to monitor regularly for updates or amendments. Significant revisions have been made to the statement of work and labor categories since the summer 2013 Request for Information, so firms that previously responded should carefully review these changes. AOUSC emphasizes that it is not responsible for contractors' resource planning based on this pre-solicitation notice and makes no guarantees regarding the exact issuance date of the solicitation. At this time, AOUSC will not entertain questions or comments concerning JMAS IV and requests that contractors refrain from contacting AOUSC personnel for additional information until the solicitation is formally released. The contract will be performed in Washington, DC, under NAICS code 541511, and the primary point of contact is Earl L. Friedman.
