21 November, 2019 49275 Electron Dr. San Diego, CA 92152 Pre-solicitation Synopsis of Proposed Multiple Award Contract for Research and Development Engineering Services set Aside for Academic Institutions Proposed solicitation number: N66001-19-R-0014 This is a pre-solicitation synopsis of a proposed solicitation for a multiple award contract for research and development engineering services to be set aside for academic institutions. Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PACIFIC) intends to issue RFP N66001-19-R-0014 using other than full and open competition in order to procure research and development engineering services from University faculty and staff in support of various center programs and projects. NIWC Pacific is currently acquiring these services under contracts N66001-15-D-0099 and N66001-15-D-0100, to San Diego State University and the University of San Diego, respectively.
