Amendment N6426726Q40860001 released. The purpose of this amendment is to add Inspection and Acceptance information to Section E and Delivery Information to Section F. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
This is a solicitation for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona Division requires PDS Containers. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332710. The anticipated contract type is Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP).
This is an all-or-none requirement and partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The Government will award on a single purchase order to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the Solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the criteria listed in section L and section M of the Solicitation.
