The Department of Labor (DOL) has a requirement for the Prequin Hedge Fund Data Subscription Services for a 12 month period. The subscription includes 12 months of access, 5 user licenses at our location, unlimited excel exports and data downloads, one (1) Account Manager, access to all Preqin research reports through their Research Center, and access to 24 hour live customer service help desk to help during off peak hours (for virtually any questions about your access Sunday 8pm EST - Friday 8pm EST) at no additional cost. The data base allows the user to search by investor type/names (e.g, private pensions) and investment vehicle (e.g, hedge fund).This will be an unrestricted requirement. A sole-source, firm-fixed price contract is anticipated. The proposed contract action is for services which the government intends to award to one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1-Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 519130 with a size standard of 1000 Employees. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document exists. Responses to this synopsis must be in writing. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Response must include the capability statement and reference this synopsis by number and title.
