By this Announcement the National Park Service (NPS) hereby makes Notice of Cancellation of Solicitation 140P2019R0077; ROCR 185767; Preserve and Protect Meridian Hill Park Phase 5 & 6 at Rock Creek National Park, Washington County, District of Columbia. This Notice is Effective Immediately. The Solicitation was issued under the following condition: "This is currently an unfunded requirement with a high expectation that funds will be available. When and if funds become available, a contract will be awarded at that time." As a result of the application of the Procurement Process as outlined in the Solicitation, the government is unable to make an award within the limits of funding available for this project. This action is taken at the Convenience of the Government due to pricing significantly in excess of government estimates and funding availability. The NPS anticipates a review of the Project Requirements and a re-issue of a new Solicitation early in Fiscal Year 2019.
