PRESSURE MONITOR KIT

The Pressure Monitor Kit is a sterile medical device designed for intra-compartmental pressure monitoring, integrated with a monitoring set and compatible with the Pulsed Irrigation Pump identified by NSN 6515-01-498-0500. The kit includes a diaphragm chamber, an 18-gauge needle, a 2.5-inch gage with a side port, and a pre-filled 3 mL syringe containing 0.9% sodium chloride injection, USP, with a detachable plunger. Each unit must have a minimum 24-month shelf life, and no more than three months may pass between the date of manufacture and delivery to the government. Packaging must conform to commercial standards as dictated by the procurement document, with each individual unit sealed in a protective container to prevent damage or breakage. All shipments require commercial exterior packaging suitable for safe transit by common carriers at the lowest cost to the designated delivery point, with export packaging applied when necessary. Labeling strictly follows Medical Marking Standard No. 1, superseding MIL-STD-129, and must include the NSN, manufacturer name and CAGE code, date of manufacture and expiration, and contract or lot number. The unit of issue is a package (PG) containing six units.
