The maintenance workflow is managed through a 24/7 Maintenance Dispatch Center utilizing ServiceNow and MAXIMO to issue work orders and track completion. This opportunity is currently designated as a Small Business Set Aside, though the agency is using this RFI to determine if a small business or 8(a) set-aside is justifiable based on the availability of at least two capable firms.
