Full Description

Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1 (b)(1), the Contracting Office, Naval Hospital Bremerton, Bremerton WA, intends to issue a sole source award to AMO SALES AND SERVICE, INC. in the amount of $6,900. Period of performance consists of one base year and two (2) option years for a total contract value of $20,700. Base Year: 0001-Preventative maintenance, calibration services for WHITESTAR SIGNATURETM Phacoemulsification System. QTY: 4 Quarter (time) Option Year 1: 0002- Preventative maintenance, calibration services for WHITESTAR SIGNATURETM Phacoemulsification System. QTY: 4 Quarter (time) Option Year 2: 0002- Preventative maintenance, calibration services for WHITESTAR SIGNATURETM Phacoemulsification System. QTY: 4 Quarter (time) This notice is not a request for quotes and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated service can provide supporting documents demonstrating their capability. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. This procedure will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
