Maintenance includes periodic on-site inspections of the architectural, mechanical, and electrical components of the buildings, in accordance with the Maintenance Plans, manufacturers’ manuals, and best practices in these industries. NOTE: There is no site visit scheduled for this opportunity. The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $ 560,000.00 for a period of two (2) years, with the possibility of three (3) additional one-year extensions. (Possible value of $ 1,400,000.00.)
