Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of a Building

DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No.BA260007_86789 – Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of a Building, CFB Bagotville, QC The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary for the preventive and corrective maintenance of Building B-613. Maintenance includes periodic on-site inspections of the architectural, mechanical, and electrical components of the buildings, in accordance with the Maintenance Plans, manufacturers’ manuals, and best practices in these industries. NOTE: There is no site visit scheduled for this opportunity. The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $ 560,000.00 for a period of two (2) years, with the possibility of three (3) additional one-year extensions. (Possible value of $ 1,400,000.00.) This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA). THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC).
