The NYS Office of Mental Health and South Beach Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance and Water Treatment Service at South Beach Psychiatric Center located at 777 Seaview Ave, Staten Island, NY 10305, building 9. A pinned map can be found here. The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. A Mandatory site visit will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2024, at 10:00 AM EST. Interested bidders are to sign in at the main entrance. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than February 14, 2024, by 3:00 PM EST. Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Friday, February 23, by 3:00 PM EST per the instructions in the IFB.
