Full Description

The Billings Area Indian Health Service intends to award a non-competitive contract on a sole-source base under the authority of FAR Part 6-302-1 to MTX Medical Solution Inc. 822 Central Ave. P.O. Box 20403 Billings MT 59104-0403 for a Preventative Maintenance Agreement on the Ft. Washakie and Arapahoe Health Centers Lab/Radiology and Medical/Audiology and Physical Therapy equipment as required by accredition standards. The Purchase Order shall consist of a 12 month period. Any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer by September 26, 2014 by 10: am. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements listed and show that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notices is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the sole source acquisition to MTX Medical Solution Inc.
