The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Human Foods Program (HFP), Office of Laboratory Operations and Applied Science has a brand name or equal requirement for preventive maintenance and remedial repair services for six (6) Government-owned Applied Biosystems 7500 Fast Real-Time PCR Systems. The services are required to maintain the instruments in proper operating condition and support laboratory operations.
The required services include manufacturer-compliant preventive maintenance, pure dye calibration, remedial repair, and technical support. Contractor personnel must be appropriately qualified and factory-trained or manufacturer-equivalent trained.
