Potential suppliers may submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements within 45 days of the notice publication, or 30 days if awarded under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement, though receipt of responses does not guarantee competition. The government retains full discretion to determine whether to pursue a competitive process based on the feedback received.
