This firm-fixed-price contract encompasses preventive maintenance services for anti-ram and anti-climb barrier systems at the U.S. Tri-Mission Chancery building in Vienna, Austria, with the goal of ensuring all components remain in optimal operational condition. The contractor is responsible for providing fully qualified technicians, all necessary tools, materials, labor, and supervision to perform scheduled maintenance on a comprehensive list of systems including barriers, traffic signals, junction boxes, control circuitry, hydraulic power units, electro-mechanical systems, and associated enclosures. All work must occur between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with strict adherence to safety protocols and coordination to avoid interfering with post security personnel. The contract has a one-year base period beginning no later than August 1, 2026, and includes four optional one-year renewal periods, bringing the maximum total duration to five years.
