PRICE TERM AGREEMENT FOR SWIMMING POOL CHEMICALS FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION, COUNTY OF HAWAI'I

The County of Hawai'i, through the Department of Parks and Recreation Aquatics Division, is soliciting bids for a price term agreement to furnish and deliver swimming pool chemicals. The contract is established for an initial one-year period from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2027, with the County maintaining the sole discretion to exercise four additional one-year option extensions. Bids must be submitted via the OpenGov Procurement Portal by September 28, 2026, at 2:00 pm HST. The scope of work involves the delivery of various chemicals, including soda ash, muriatic acid, sodium bicarbonate, calcium chloride, cyanuric acid, and specialized algaecides and clarifiers, on an as-required basis.
