PRICE TERM AGREEMENT FOR TRAFFIC SUPPLIES AND MARKINGS FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, TRAFFIC SIGNS AND MARKINGS DIVISION, COUNTY OF HAWAI'I
