A quotation will be determined technically acceptable when it demonstrates compliance with all material solicitation requirements, including the Statement of Work (SOW), CLIN/Pricing Schedule, and Project Finishes List/Cutsheets.

At a minimum, the quoter shall submit:

Quotations that take exception to material solicitation requirements, fail to provide required information, or do not demonstrate compliance with the technical requirements may be determined technically unacceptable.

Price Evaluation

The Government will evaluate the total price by adding the extended prices for all CLINs. Quotations shall include pricing for every CLIN. The Government will evaluate prices for completeness, mathematical accuracy, and reasonableness.

The Government may evaluate quotations in order of lowest total evaluated price. If the lowest-priced quotation is determined technically acceptable and the price is determined fair and reasonable, no further quotations may be evaluated.

Basis for Award
