PRICE TERM AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE STANDARD POST-DRIVING MACHINE, OPERATOR AND ASSISTANT TO INSTALL GUARDRAILS, POSTS AND ENDS, FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, COUNTY OF HAWAI’I
