The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific, Hawaii intends to award a firm-fixed price personal services contract for Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) Clinical Social Worker for 51st Medical Group (MDG), Osan Air Base, Korea. This requirement is for a tentative period of performance from 1 March 2022 through 28 February 2023 (Base Period) with four (4) one-year option periods. Required qualifications include but is not limited to: (1) The Clinical Social Worker shall possess a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree from a graduate school of social work fully accredited by the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE) from an accredited school. (2) The Clinical Social Worker shall possess and maintain throughout the course of the contract a current, active, valid, unrestricted (with no limitations, stipulations, or pending adverse actions) state license to practice psychology in any of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. (3) The Clinical Social Worker shall possess and maintain throughout the course of the contract a current certification in either the American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Course C or the American Red Cross CPR/BLS course as required by AFI 44-102, Community Health Management, Tables 1.1 through 1.6. The MTF will provide BLS refresher courses. (4) Clinical Social Worker shall have at least one (1) year of experience with assessing and providing evidence-based individual counseling to patients within a mental health care facility within the past five (5) years. The proposed action will be a total small business set aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 621399, and the annual size standard is $8M.
