Primescan AC Intraoral CAD/CAM Scanner (Brand Name Only)

The Department of Veterans Affairs, through Network Contracting Office 15, is soliciting a firm-fixed price purchase order for one Primescan AC Intraoral CAD/CAM scanner in a cart configuration for the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. This is a brand-name only, unrestricted procurement required to maintain compatibility with existing Dentsply Sirona infrastructure, including CEREC 5.3 software and the DS Core cloud platform. The comprehensive scope of work includes the delivery of the FDA-approved high-resolution scanner, onsite installation, network integration, and training for clinical and technical staff. The contractor must provide a minimum one-year manufacturer warranty covering parts and labor, and all equipment must comply with VA Office of Information and Technology cybersecurity policies and NIST SP800-88 standards. The award will be granted to the responsible offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to the government, with technical capability and past performance from the last three years weighted as significantly more important than price.
